I fell in love with yoga many years ago, when I took my first class in Valley College around 1997. At the most critical moments I would turn to yoga to find balance and peace, to build my inner and outer strength that would help me along the way to ride out life’s toughest spots. I’ve practiced with various teachers and experienced different methods and techniques before finding the perfect blend in the YogaWorks style. That’s why I decided to get my 200-hrs Teacher Training Certification with YogaWorks, where I studied under the guidance of such amazing yoga professionals as John Gaydos and Patti Quintero. Once the training has been completed, I’ve been working with several private clients and looking forward to teach group classes at gym, studios and other fitness facilities.
